FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU DO WALK-IN TREATMENTS?
No, as all new patients are required to come in for a proper evaluation and diagnostic assessment prior to treatment. Please schedule a consultation appointment so we can help treat you.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE? WHAT ABOUT WORKER’S COMPENSATION?
We do not work directly with health insurance companies as we are an out-of-network practice. We also do not take worker’s compensation. However, we do accept HSA & FSA.
I JUST WANT ONE OR TWO SESSIONS. DO I NEED TO GO THROUGH WITH THE WHOLE PROGRAM?
Acupuncture, much like other healing processes, takes time. Dr. Quan will evaluate your situation and will provide a treatment program with a set number of sessions to ensure that you get the best care and health improvement that we can provide. We also offer maintenance plans for after completing your initial treatment program.
HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
Once you receive your evaluation and diagnostic assessment, Dr. Quan will recommend a set number of treatments for you based on your individual health concerns.
DO YOU OFFER MASSAGE?
We have a guest massage therapist that offers appointments periodically. Please subscribe to our newsletter so that you can be informed when she’s here to take appointments!
