Rapid Release Technology, or RRT, is a high-frequency vibrational device that stimulates the body’s fascia—a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle—which releases any tightness in the body and stagnation in the acupuncture meridians.

This high-frequency vibrational therapy simulates acupuncture needles and aids in qi and blood flow; when there is free flow within the body, then the body is in a state to heal itself. Using RRT before acupuncture treatment has delivered better results in patients than standalone acupuncture, thanks to its purpose of freeing up any stagnation or blockages in the body’s meridians.

Fascial connective tissue is made up of liquid pliable crystals that conduct electricity in a complex network, which, in this case, is qi conduction. RRT runs at ~150hz, which is the same frequency in which we treat muscle pain.

RRT is as effective as acupuncture in functionality and can be used as a needle-less treatment. RRT is also very effective in treating chronic muscle pain.
